Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty tools and devices
- Sale or discounted items
How to Request a Return Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
